Who we are

This website, https://lbvxp.com, is operated by LB Visionary Experiences (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a renovation project management business based in South Florida. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Free resources and email signups. When you request a free resource, such as the South Florida Spend-or-Skip Checklist, we collect your first name and email address, and any optional details you choose to share, such as when you plan to list your home.
• Before You Sell™ Renovation Plan. When you purchase a plan, we collect the information needed to prepare it: photos of your home, your listing timeline, target price, budget, goals, and your contact details.
• Payments. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your purchase, your name, and your email, but we never see or store your full card number.
• Messages and comments. If you email us, fill out a contact form, or leave a comment, we collect what you send, including your name and email.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect some information through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. This can include your IP address, browser and device type, pages you visit, how you arrived at our site (for example, from an ad), and actions you take, such as signing up or making a purchase.

How we use your information

• To send the free resources you request and deliver the plans you purchase.
• To send follow-up emails with renovation and home-selling tips, and information about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To respond to your questions and requests.
• To process payments and refunds.
• To measure how our website and advertising perform, and to show relevant ads on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
• To keep our website secure and prevent spam or fraud.
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We will not use your home photos or plan details in our marketing, examples, or case studies without your written permission.

Email marketing

We use Brevo to store email contacts and send our emails. When you sign up, your name, email, and any details you provide are stored in Brevo. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email erin@lbvxp.com to be removed.

Cookies, analytics, and advertising

We use the following tools, which may set cookies or collect information about your visit:

• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): measures the results of our ads, such as signups and purchases, and helps show our ads to people who may be interested.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: help us understand how visitors use our site.
• Jetpack (by Automattic): provides site statistics, security, and performance features.
• WordPress: sets cookies for comments and site logins (described below).

Your choices:

• Adjust how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook ad preferences.
• Manage Google ad personalization in your Google ad settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

WordPress cookies

If you leave a comment, you may choose to save your name, email, and website in cookies so you don’t have to re-enter them. These last for one year. If you log in, cookies store your login information (two days, or two weeks if you select “Remember Me”) and screen preferences (one year). Editing a post sets a cookie with no personal data that expires after one day.

Comments

When you leave a comment, we collect the information in the comment form, plus your IP address and browser user agent to help detect spam. Comments may be checked by an automated spam detection service. An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to see if you use it (Gravatar privacy policy). Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is visible to the public with your comment.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do their work:

• Stripe, for payment processing (Stripe privacy policy)
• Brevo, for email delivery and contact management (Brevo privacy policy)
• Meta and Google, for advertising and analytics
• Our website hosting, form, and security providers, including WordPress, WPForms, and Jetpack

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business. Some of these providers may store or process information outside the United States.

How long we keep your information

• Email contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
• Plan photos and plan details: 12 months after your plan is delivered, then deleted.
• Purchase records: as long as needed for tax and accounting purposes.
• Comments: kept indefinitely so follow-up comments can be approved automatically.
• Website and advertising data: according to the retention settings of the tools listed above.

Your choices and rights

You can:

• Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email.
• Ask for a copy of the personal information we have about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete your personal information.

To make a request, email erin@lbvxp.com. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep certain information when required for legal, tax, or security reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws.

Photos and location data

Photos you send us for a renovation plan are kept private and used only to prepare your plan. Many phone photos contain embedded location data. If you would rather not share it, you can turn off location tagging in your camera settings before taking photos.

If you upload images to public areas of the site, such as comments, avoid including embedded location data, because visitors can download images and extract it.

Embedded content from other websites

Pages on this site may include embedded content, such as videos or images, from other websites. Embedded content behaves the same way as if you visited the other website directly, and those sites may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interaction with that content.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections and trusted service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
