About LB Visionary Experiences

Property strategy that starts with people, not guesswork.

LB Visionary Experiences helps investors, homeowners, and property decision-makers make smarter renovation, positioning, and design choices by understanding who the property is really for first.

The business was built on a simple belief: better outcomes happen when decisions are rooted in real behavior, real use, and real market fit — not trends, assumptions, or personal taste alone.

That is the lens behind everything here, from renovation planning and visual strategy to property positioning and smarter upgrade decisions.

Mission

Better ROI through better property strategy.

The mission is not to make properties look nicer just for the sake of it. It is to help clients make clearer, smarter, more profitable decisions.

LBVXP exists to help property owners and investors improve spaces with more intention — so the work supports the likely buyer, renter, guest, or future resale outcome instead of quietly working against it.

What that means

Every recommendation should earn its place.

  • Upgrades should match the audience
  • Scope should support the deal, not inflate it
  • Function should matter as much as finish
  • Design should strengthen confidence, usability, and value
Approach

People first. Property second.

The strongest property decisions usually come from asking a better question first: who is this space actually for?

1. Define the likely user

Start with the likely buyer, renter, guest, or decision-maker so the property has a clearer target from the beginning.

2. Align the scope

Use that insight to guide renovation priorities, finish level, functionality, and what is actually worth spending on.

3. Improve the outcome

Create a property that feels more coherent, more competitive, and more likely to perform the way it needs to.

What shapes the work

A strategy-led lens built from experience across people, systems, and spaces.

20+

Years of UX and strategy experience understanding how people behave, decide, and respond.

SF

South Florida context and market awareness that keeps recommendations more grounded in local reality.

3D

Renovation planning and virtual render thinking that helps clients visualize and pressure test direction earlier.

ROI

Investor-focused decision logic shaped by usability, market fit, and over-improvement awareness.

These are not vanity stats. They are the real ingredients behind a more practical, more disciplined approach to property decisions.

Founder story

Hi, I’m Erin Bryant.

LB Visionary Experiences grew out of my background in user experience strategy and my belief that the same thinking that improves products can also improve properties.

After more than two decades leading UX and service design work — including leadership roles on complex, high-impact platforms — I saw the same pattern over and over: when you understand the user clearly, better decisions follow.

Over time, that thinking expanded into spaces, renovation choices, and property strategy. I became increasingly interested in how homes and investment properties function in real life — not just how they photograph, but how they feel, how they perform, and what actually influences the person on the other side of the decision.

LBVXP is where those worlds come together: user-centered thinking, renovation strategy, visual direction, and practical market awareness — all applied to helping people make smarter property decisions with less waste and more confidence.

Why this matters

Pretty is not the same as strategic.

A lot of properties are improved in ways that look good on the surface but do not really support the deal, the audience, or the end goal.

That is where budget drift happens. That is where over-improvement sneaks in. And that is where people spend money fixing the wrong thing while missing what would have actually made the property stronger.

The LBVXP difference

Clearer decisions before the expensive ones.

  • More clarity before renovation scope grows
  • More discipline around audience and finish level
  • More confidence in what to prioritize and what to cut
  • More alignment between the property and the opportunity
Next step

Start with a clearer read on the property.

If you are evaluating a deal, thinking through renovations, or trying to avoid spending in the wrong places, the best place to start is with strategy.

The Broward Deal Review is the simplest front-end way to get an outside read before more money gets committed.
