After two decades leading global UX and service design teams — including Motorola’s award-winning device and service platforms — Erin saw the power of design not just in products, but in places.

When her daughter inspired her first smart home project, Erin realized how accessible technology could make everyday living more intuitive, efficient, and joyful.
